Some Things About Me...

My name is Mr. Tyler Mills.  I was raised here in Idaho Falls for most of my life.   I graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 2005.  While in High School I played Football and Wrestled.  After graduation I chose to serve a mission for my church.  I served in the San Jose California Mission.  While there I learned to speak Spanish fluently as well as many great life lessons.  Upon return of my mission I began my education at Brigham Young University-Idaho.  I began my education as a Spanish Ed major but as my first semester concluded I realized how much I loved History and learning about the US History, so I changed my major to social studies Ed because I also enjoy Political Science.  I graduated with my Bachelor of Science Social Studies Ed Comp in April of 2012.  During my second year of school I met my best friend and love of my life Brittney on a blind date.  4 months later we were married in the Columbia River Washington Temple.  Our first son Kaiden was born in Feb of 2011.  He is now 3 1/2 and full of energy!  Our second son was born in December of 2012.  They are both lots of fun and run our lives and we love them!  I am a big sports fan!  I love to play, watch, coach, ref, and pretty much do anything with sports.  I coach Varsity Football at IFHS as well as 8th grade Boys Basketball here at RMMS.  I am a big believer in being great!  I think all to often we let ourselves settle for just being average and average is not good enough.  We have to strive to be great in all we do!  I love to teach!  Teaching is one of the other major passions in life!  I love my job and I love my life!
